Webb Heating & Air Conditioning opened its doors on April 1, 1978. Wayne Webb, our founder, has seen his dream come alive over the past 42 years. At Webb Heating & Air Conditioning, we have grown significantly over the last three decades and now have a staff of over 60 people and operate out of two locations in Advance and Greensboro, North Carolina. Webb Heating & Air Conditioning is proud to be family owned and operated, serving the greater Triad area.
Meet the Team
Wayne Webb, President
Wayne, a visionary leader in our industry, founded Webb Heating & Air Conditioning in 1978. He has worked in every position we have and believes in investing in the right people in order to create a company that emulates his vision. Wayne is a licensed HVAC contractor (H1, H2, H3), and also carries electrical and refrigeration licenses.
Wayne resides in Farmington, North Carolina with his wife, Jennifer. His son, George, joined the company in 1999, and his daughter, Mendy, is a detective for the Elkin Police Department. The family grew with the addition of three sons (Ryan, Chase, and Brad) when Wayne and Jennifer married in 2001. Wayne enjoys spending his free time traveling and working on his farm. He is the current chairperson of the Davie County Board of Adjustments and a previous chairperson for the Davie County Planning Board and the Davie County Chamber of Commerce. Wayne also participates in his local Shriner’s Club, is a Masonic Lodge member, and was previously the District Deputy Grand Master of the Masonic Lodge.
George Webb, Vice President
George grew up in the HVAC industry, helping during summer vacations and holidays. After high school, George changed industries for ten years, returning to Webb in May of 1999. Since joining the family business, George has worked his way up to the position of Vice President. He works daily to ensure that both locations run smoothly and efficiently, and that the company sticks to its ethics. George is also a licensed HVAC contractor (H3).
George resides in Advance, North Carolina with his wife, Cammie, and their two dogs, Mac and Miley. His two daughters, Cassidy and Maggie, now reside in the Winston-Salem area. George is an active citizen of Davie County, participating in the Davie Community Foundation and the East Davie Rotary Club, and is the current chairperson of the Davie County Planning Board. George and Cammie attend Hillsdale United Methodist Church in Advance. George enjoys kayaking, traveling, and spending time with his daughters whenever time allows.
Josh Bradshaw, General Manager of Greensboro Location
Josh has been in the HVAC industry since he was 18 years old, starting out as an installer. Once he gained some experience, Josh was able to work his way up to the position of service manager while he was with Williamson Heating & Cooling. He then moved on to work for a large manufacturer for 2 years and later joined Webb Heating & Air Conditioning in 2013 to manage our Greensboro location. He works each day to guarantee that our Greensboro customers’ needs are met, that his staff is well trained, and that our company stays up-to-date with the newest and best technology. Josh is also a licensed HVAC contractor (H3).
Josh resides in Eden, North Carolina with his wife, Jennifer, and two sons, Jackson and Jayson. He enjoys volunteering for his local fire department, spending time with family, and snowmobiling in the backcountry of Wyoming when possible.
George Bradshaw: Operations Manager
George worked for Webb Heating & Air Conditioning as our service manager back in the late 1980s. After moving on to a career in the manufacturing side of the HVAC industry, George came back to Webb in 2015 with knowledge and experience that is unparalleled. Putting his 43 years of industry experience to good use, he now functions as our Operations Manager, assisting wherever his expertise is needed. Whether it is providing technical assistance to service technicians or guiding our sales team to ensure proper procedures for difficult installations, George brings a vital aspect to our team. George is NATE certified and holds a North Carolina HVAC contractor license (H2, H3) and an electrical contractor license.
George resides in Clemmons, North Carolina with his wife of 42 years, Tracy. He enjoys hunting in his free time and spending time with his three children and nine grandchildren. George has always enjoyed serving his community and is an active member of Linville Forest Church of Christ in Winston-Salem.
